You will need: - dish soap - sponge - white vinegar - water - measuring cup - dish towel or drying rack - new filter

Step 2: Disassemble the pitcher.

First, you can remove the lid and the filter from the center. Then take out the white plastic container by both hands. Put all materials aside.

Step 3: Remove the filter.

Step 4: Rinse the pitcher and lid with warm water.

Make sure to rinse off all residual soap under running water.

Step 7: Fill the pitcher with white vinegar.

Fill the pitcher with 1 cup of white vinegar. Let it sit for an hour. Then scrub the pitcher and the lid with a brush.

Step 8: Rinse the pitcher and lid thoroughly.

Time to rinse again! Rinse the pitcher and lid thoroughly under running water to remove any residual vinegar. Then reassemble the pitcher together. Soak the filter in water, gently shake the filter to remove any excess water. Reinsert the filter into the pitcher, fill the pitcher with water and discard the first few pitches.

Step 9: Enjoy clean and refreshing water!
